Branding a campaign

Customize the campaign page logo, colors, headline, prompt, and call-to-action copy so it feels like your own brand.

On this page

A campaign page is hosted by Voicegram, but everything visitors see can be branded to match your own identity: your logo, your accent color, your headline, your prompt copy, your CTA button, and your thank-you message. This page walks through every branding control the dashboard exposes.

Branding cascades from the workspace down

Most branding fields exist at two levels: your workspace defaults, and per-campaign overrides. A new campaign inherits the workspace defaults, and you can override any of them on a per-campaign basis.

The full cascade for any given field is:

  1. Per-campaign override (set on the campaign Settings tab).
  2. Workspace campaign default (set on Settings › Branding › Campaign Defaults).
  3. Workspace email default (used as a fallback so a logo you uploaded for your email branding can also appear on campaigns without re-uploading).
  4. Voicegram default (Voicegram violet for accent color, no logo).

This means you can configure your workspace once, then create many campaigns that all share the same look unless you intentionally override.

Per-campaign logos can be uploaded after the campaign is created (the upload control appears on the Settings tab once the campaign has an ID).

Constraints:

FieldValue
Allowed formatsPNG, JPEG, WebP
Max file size2 MB
Recommended dimensions400 x 400 (larger images are resized)

If you do not upload a per-campaign logo, the page falls back to your workspace default logo, then to your workspace email logo. You can clear a per-campaign logo at any time to fall back to the workspace default.

Accent color

Campaigns use a pre-vetted palette of 8 swatches rather than a free-form hex picker. Each swatch is pre-checked for readability on every template.

NameHex
Voicegram Violet#7c3aed
Fuchsia#c026d3
Rose#e11d48
Amber#f59e0b
Emerald#10b981
Sky#0ea5e9
Indigo#4f46e5
Slate#475569

The accent color applies to the CTA button on the landing page, the QR code foreground, the accent stripe on the social share tiles, and the accent fills on the printable flyer. One color choice covers every asset.

If your per-campaign accent differs from the workspace default, the form shows "Overrides workspace default" along with a one-click Reset to revert.

Prompt copy

Four text fields control what visitors read on the landing page.

  • Headline (required, up to 120 characters). The big prompt text. Keep it short and direct. Examples:
    • "Tell us how we did."
    • "What did you think of the event?"
    • "Leave feedback on tonight's show."
  • Subhead (optional, up to 200 characters). Supporting copy that sets expectations. Examples:
    • "Two minutes, no pressure."
    • "Your reply goes straight to the owner."
  • CTA button label (required, up to 40 characters). Defaults to "Leave a voice review". Replace if a different verb fits your context. Examples:
    • "Send your story"
    • "Record your reply"
    • "Leave a note"
  • Thank-you message (optional, up to 200 characters). Shown after a visitor finishes recording. Defaults to "Thanks for your voicegram." Examples:
    • "Thanks. We read every reply."
    • "Got it. We'll be in touch soon."

The live preview pane updates as you type, so you can see how the page reads before you publish.

Landing template

Pick one of three landing-page templates. All three render the same fields (your logo, headline, subhead, CTA button) and differ only in visual treatment.

  • Minimal. Clean, white space, single column, subtle accent.
  • Warm. Soft gradient background, rounded shapes, hospitality feel.
  • Bold. Strong color block, large typography, event or expo feel.

Pick the template that matches your context: Minimal for professional services, Warm for restaurants and hospitality, Bold for events and launches.

Flyer template

Pick one of three printable flyer layouts. The flyer is generated as a one-page PDF in Letter or A4 size, with your campaign name, prompt copy, QR code, and branding.

  • Flyer A. Library-bulletin-board style. QR dominates, copy minimal.
  • Flyer B. Soft, warm layout suitable for hospitality and casual settings.
  • Flyer C. Bold, colorful layout suitable for events and launches.

The selected flyer template is what the Download Letter PDF and Download A4 PDF buttons on the Download tab will produce.

Workspace-level defaults

Setting workspace defaults saves repetition when you create multiple campaigns. Open Settings › Branding in the dashboard and use the Campaign Defaults tab to set:

  • Default accent color (one of the 8 swatches)
  • Default logo (overrides the inherited email logo for campaigns)

New campaigns pre-fill from these defaults. Existing campaigns are unaffected unless they were inheriting the previous default (in which case the preview updates to show the new default until you set a per-campaign override).

Re-downloading assets after a branding change

The QR code, social share tiles, and printable flyer all reflect the campaign's current branding. When you change the accent color, logo, or other branded field, the next download from the Download tab uses the new values automatically. Already-printed flyers and already-downloaded share tiles are not retroactively updated, so re-download anything that needs to match a recent change.

If you change your workspace subdomain or the campaign slug, any previously-downloaded flyers will point at the old URL. Re-download fresh flyers after a rename.
