People will say what they will never type.

Voicegram is a recorder for the web. Put it on your own pages, or on a branded page we host for you, and messages arrive transcribed and summarized.

About Voicegram

Why we exist

Typing is work. Ask someone to describe a problem, explain what they want, or say why a product worked, and most people give you the short version: a sentence where there was a story, a rating where there was a reason, an empty field where there was a real objection.

The same person will say all of it out loud without being asked. That was never the hard part. The hard part was receiving it. Audio meant playing every message in order, at real speed, with nothing searchable afterwards, so almost nobody asked for it.

That is what we built around. Every message arrives with its audio, a transcript, a summary, and the details worth acting on, so you understand the context before you answer. Play the recording when the tone matters, because that is where the hesitation and the enthusiasm live. Either way you walk into the next conversation knowing what the person actually needs, instead of guessing at it from a sentence.
