Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Your existing voicemails keep the retention period they were created with. Only new voicemails after the downgrade use the lower plan's retention period. Nothing is retroactively deleted.
Once a voicemail reaches the end of its retention period, it is permanently removed from your inbox and can no longer be played or downloaded. Make sure to download any important recordings before they expire.
