A separate allowance for testing

Test allowances today are 10 a month on Starter, 15 on Pro, 25 on Business, and 50 on Enterprise. Test recordings are labeled in the widget list, on the widget's own page, in the inbox list, and on the recording detail page, and they are excluded from analytics so they do not distort your real numbers. Localhost widgets also do not count against your active channel allowance. Running out of the test allowance blocks further test recordings only and never affects live traffic.
