Full billing history with invoices and refunds

Each row shows its invoice number as the download link rather than a generic Download, so you can match a row to a document without opening it first. Refunds appear as their own rows with the amount in parentheses and a link to the credit note, and your current account credit is shown next to the heading. Where credit was applied to a charge, an information icon opens a breakdown showing the plan charges, any proration credit, the account credit applied, credit returned to your balance, and the amount actually charged to your card. The list is paginated so a long history stays readable.
