Inbox actions are for Editors and Admins

For a member, the inbox no longer shows the checkboxes for archiving several Voicegrams at once, and a Voicegram's page shows its tags without the tag editor and without the Archive button. Playing a Voicegram, reading its transcript and summary, downloading it and sharing it work as before.

To give a member these actions, an admin changes their role to Editor on the Team page in Settings. Tags still need a paid plan.
