It reads: "By recording, you consent to your message being recorded, transcribed, and shared with this business." This matters in the states that require every party to a recording to consent. The privacy policy also gained a section stating that Voicegram distinguishes between speakers within a message but never builds voiceprints or biometric identifiers, and never uses voice for authentication.
