Usage you can see everywhere

Campaigns gained a usage display for the first time, and Billing gained an Active channels meter alongside the existing ones. Every meter carries a plain-word caption rather than a bare number, with separate wording for close to the limit, at the limit, and unlimited. The Inbox shows a permanent line with live and test counts and the reset date, and once you pass your allowance it adds how many extra voicegrams you used and what they cost, with the cost hidden while you are still on a trial.
