An analytics page for your voicegrams

See your busiest hours, where messages are coming from, and how each channel is doing, filtered by any date range.

The page carries total voicegrams, completion rate, average duration, average processing time, plays, and unique listeners, over the last 7, 30, or 90 days or a custom range you pick. A per-channel breakdown shows which of your widgets produce the most messages, and a funnel shows how many sessions started, verified, and completed, so you can see where people give up. Under the funnel, a drop-off breakdown shows the share of people who never verified, the share who verified but did not finish, and the average number of code attempts.

Every metric counts completed recordings only, so the totals agree with the inbox, and the page states plainly that it covers live channels and excludes test data. A Message insights section breaks sentiment and urgency down as proportion bars, lists the most common reasons people got in touch, and shows the average word count.
