Tag your voicegrams and find them later

Tags are added from a voicegram's detail page, with autocomplete over the tags already used in your workspace plus a set of common suggestions such as support, complaint, new-lead, urgent, and follow-up. They are shared across the workspace, so a team converges on one vocabulary instead of inventing several parallel ones. They show on inbox rows with the extras collapsed into a count, and the inbox sidebar filters by one tag or by several at once. Tagging is a paid feature, free workspaces can see existing tags but not edit them, and a voicegram can carry up to ten tags.
