Billing belongs to the workspace

Checkout asks for a billing name and email before it opens, and that contact is who the payment provider bills. Billing history is scoped to the workspace you are in, so two workspaces owned by the same person no longer show each other’s invoices or share credit between them. Existing workspaces were given a billing contact from the details already on file, and workspaces that had been sharing one customer record were separated, keeping each one’s own history.
