Subdomains and paths start at Pro

A widget per subdomain or per path lets you keep, for example, your support pages and your sales pages apart in the Inbox. Everywhere this used to name Business now names Pro: the pricing page and its questions, the upgrade prompts in the dashboard, and the message you get if you try it on a plan that does not include it, which now names the lowest plan that includes it rather than the highest.
