Invite your team into a workspace
Invite people into a workspace, track pending invitations, and see what happened from a notifications page.
Admins invite people by email from a Team page, several at a time or in bulk from a file, and pending invitations are listed with the option to revoke one. Invitations expire after a week, and the acceptance flow works both for people who already have an account and for people who do not. The notifications bell collects invitations sent and accepted, people joining and leaving, and new voicegrams, with an unread count and mark as read.
Everyone you invite is either an admin, who can change settings, billing, and widgets, or a member, who has read access. Admins can promote and demote each other from the team table, with two guards: you cannot change your own role, and you cannot remove the last admin, so a workspace can never end up with nobody who can administer it. A role change takes effect on the next request, so a newly promoted admin can act immediately and a demoted one loses access immediately.
