See when a voicegram is played

Repeat plays by the same person within the same minute are collapsed into a single entry with a count, so someone scrubbing back and forth does not fill the timeline with noise. Plays by the person who left the message are shown separately and deliberately do not mark the voicegram as read or count toward your listener numbers.
