Choose who gets notified

Each widget can send new voicegram notifications to everyone in the workspace, to admins only, to members only, or to a specific list of addresses you type in. Free workspaces notify everyone; choosing anything else is a paid feature. Addresses that have bounced are marked as such in the settings, so a notification quietly failing to arrive becomes visible instead of a mystery.
