Turn a voicegram into a Google review
After someone records a message for you, they are offered their own words back as text, ready to post as a Google review in one tap. Included on every paid plan.
The same text appears in three places the sender already visits: the screen they see right after sending, the page they land on from their own copy of the message, and the email we send them. They can edit it first, and the button copies their text and opens your Google review form in a new tab. If the text contains a phone number, an email address, or a link, a note points it out, because Google does not allow those in a review.
You keep your business locations in a library under Integrations, and you can add one by searching for the business by name or by pasting its review link. Adding your first location asks you to accept a short policy acknowledgment. The step is off until you turn it on, and each widget and each campaign can follow your workspace default, name its own location, or stay off. Locations can be selected and edited in bulk, and one that a widget or campaign still points at cannot be deleted until you move it. Your Inbox tags the messages that reached the review step, and the tag filters the list.
