Turn the verification code off for a widget or campaign
Visitors confirm their email or phone with a one-time code by default. On a paid plan you can now turn the code off for a widget or a campaign, so visitors go straight to recording, and those messages are marked "Not verified."
Global Branding holds one default for your widgets and one for your campaigns, and each widget and campaign can follow it, require the code, or turn it off. Free plans always require the code.
With it off, the email or phone number is not confirmed, so it may be mistyped or belong to someone else; the message is marked "Not verified" in your inbox, the notification email, and the playback page, and webhooks and the API flag it too. The sender gets no delivery confirmation email, the messages count toward your monthly voicegrams like any other, and during unusual volume visitors are asked for the code for a while.
