A heads up before you run out

The warning comes at two points on the way up rather than only once the allowance is gone. Paid and free workspaces are warned at different points, because a free workspace stops at the limit while a paid one continues into overage. The same alert appears as an in-dashboard notification that links straight to billing. Each threshold is only sent once per period, so getting close does not produce a run of duplicate emails.
